I weighed myself and was shocked to discover I have 53lbs to lose. Where the heck did that come from... 8lbs from Christmas 2009, 8lbs from giving birth to Evie, 15lb from giving up smoking and then there was the 20lb from over-eating and not exercising! But it must go!!!
I've decided to eat sensibly; i.e. low fat, sensible portion sizes and calories within 1500-2000 as well as increase my exercise.
Yesterday i watched the first workout of the biggest loser DVD; I guess to lose weight i'll have to DO the exercise as well :)
I'll post my eating diary (all food / calories consumed) and have a weekly update with my progress.
