well, I'm on day 3 of the healthy eating plan and I'm doing fine.
Monday 4th January:
Breakfast - Porridge with semi-skimmed milk, cup of tea with semi-skimmed milk
Lunch: Egg salad sandwich on 2 slices of wholemeal bread
Dinner: Spiced chickpeas and courgettes with basmati rice
other: 3 cups of herbal tea, 2 glasses of water, an orange and an apple
Exercise: pushed pushchair to and from playgroups in morning and afternoon, total of about 40 minute stroll
Tuesday 5th January:
Breakfast - Porridge with semi-skimmed milk, cup of tea with semi-skimmed milk
Lunch: leftover spiced chickpeas and courgettes with basmati rice
Dinner: Pasta Bake with side salad
other: 2 cups of tea with semi-skimmed milk and 3 glasses of water, an orange
Exercise: pushed pushchair to Child Health Integrated Clinic at Seacroft Hospital IN THE SNOW!!! This was really tough and my calves and buttocks ached afterwards!

You have an advantage you have a child to push around! That gets you free exercise with no choice, the easiest kind!
